2026-10-14: service facts and policies aligned
- Targeting: country and city targeting on every plan; in the United States also state and ZIP code; ASN targeting at no extra cost. City availability varies.
- Account tools: username and password on every plan, or an IP allowlist (up to 10 IPs); sub-users with their own credentials and traffic cap; API keys you can revoke at any time.
- Usage counting: upload and download, headers included; 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes; connection attempts that fail before reaching the target are not counted.
- Sticky sessions: up to 30 minutes; the IP can change earlier.
- Refunds: within 72 hours of purchase, a plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that support cannot fix within 24 hours is credited back in full.
- Data kept: connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days; no request content, full URLs or page data.
- Account recovery: without an email address, a lost account number cannot be recovered.
- Sourcing: our upstream provider confirms that device owners opt in and can opt out, and that its supply does not come from seized or disrupted networks such as NetNut or IPIDEA.

How are prices set and changed?
Prices are set from dated public price checks, and residential traffic does not go below $0.50/GB. When a price changes, this page records the date, the old and the new price, and the reason. Purchases already made keep their traffic: a plan you hold never loses gigabytes because of a price change. The competitor figures behind the current tiers are on the price comparison.
What is scheduled next?
- Price data: every competitor table keeps its check date, and the date changes when we check again.
- Legal updates: the SERP and legal pages will be updated when the open US cases move.
