Refund Policy

When a plan can be credited back, where the money goes, and what cannot be refunded.

Quick answer

Does CrawlRelay give refunds?

Yes, as a credit to your balance. Within 72 hours of purchase, a residential or rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB. A plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Top-ups are credited to your balance and are not paid back, except where the law requires it. A credited plan goes to your CrawlRelay balance in US dollars, not back to a wallet, and you can use it for any later plan. No identity documents are needed to ask.

1. When is a plan refunded?

CrawlRelay credits a plan back to your balance when:

  • you ask within 72 hours of purchase, and the plan has used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB;
  • the plan does not work and support cannot fix it within 24 hours (credited back in full); or
  • a paid order was not delivered after the required network confirmations.

The 1 GB plan ($1.50) is the intended way to test a target before a larger purchase.

2. Requesting a refund, step by step

  1. Email support

Write to [email protected] with "Refund" in the subject. Use the address on the account, if it has one.

  2. Identify the order

Give the order date, the plan, and the exact amount, coin and date of the top-up that paid for it. Never send your password or account number.

  3. Say what went wrong

One or two sentences are enough, for example "bought by mistake" or "order not delivered".

3. Where does the refund go?

To your CrawlRelay balance, in US dollars, once support approves it. We do not send crypto back to wallets. Support confirms the amount by email; Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week.

4. What is not refundable?

  • Top-ups: the balance is not paid out to a wallet, except where the law requires it.
  • Plans outside the rule in section 1, and traffic already used.
  • Balance and traffic of accounts closed for abuse under the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Network fees paid on your original transaction.
  • Funds sent in the wrong coin, on the wrong network or after the payment window, when they cannot be recovered.

5. Chargebacks

Crypto transfers cannot be reversed once confirmed, and no chargeback exists for them. This policy is the only way to get value back, and every request is handled by email at [email protected].

6. Changes

We may update this policy; a change applies to purchases made after the date at the top of the page and is recorded in the changelog. ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA), is the party that issues refunds. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
