Terms of Service

The agreement between you and ProxyGoat LLC for CrawlRelay: what you buy, how you pay, what you may do with it, and where our responsibility ends.

Quick answer

What do the CrawlRelay Terms of Service say, in short?

You buy per-GB residential and rotating mobile proxy traffic from CrawlRelay with crypto, into a balance kept in US dollars, using an account number and no identity documents. Bought traffic does not expire. Money comes back only under the refund policy, every request must respect the Acceptable Use Policy, and abusive accounts lose access and balance. ProxyGoat LLC (Delaware, USA) runs the service and is the seller.

1. Parties and scope

This agreement (the "Terms") is between ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States, and the holder of a CrawlRelay account. It covers the proxy gateway, the website at https://crawlrelay.com, the client area and the API. The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. Buying a plan or sending traffic through the gateway means you agree to these Terms together with the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

2. Who may use the service

Customers must be adults (18 or over) with the capacity to contract under the law of their country. Use is not allowed where it is unlawful, or where sanctions rules that bind us forbid the relationship. Plans are for your own projects or your organisation's; offering CrawlRelay access to third parties as a product of your own requires a written agreement with us. We may refuse or suspend service in case of abuse, fraud or a legal obligation. The service is not available in countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions.

3. What we provide

  • Rotating residential proxy traffic, sold per GB. Targeting: Country and city targeting on every plan; in the United States also state and ZIP code; ASN targeting at no extra cost. City availability varies.
  • Rotating 4G/5G mobile proxy traffic, sold per GB, targetable by country.
  • The gateway, the client area, sub-users, the IP allowlist and the management API.

The traffic travels over established partner networks (see sourcing). Exits are real household and carrier connections that come and go, so we cannot commit to a particular address, a count of addresses, or coverage of every city, ZIP code or ASN at a given time.

4. Your account and credentials

Account-number login; email is optional. No identity document, selfie or paperwork is requested. Treat the account number as a secret: whoever holds it controls the account. Anything done with your account, proxy passwords, sub-users, allowlisted IPs or API keys is your responsibility. An email address is optional; without one, a lost account number cannot be recovered. If you add one, keep it working so security and order notices reach you.

5. Prices and payment

The pricing page lists prices in US dollars. You fund a prepaid balance in crypto (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC), at least $25 per top-up, and buy plans from it.

  • Pay the exact amount displayed, on the network displayed; coins sent on another network, in another asset or after the payment window closes may be lost.
  • Blockchain fees for your transfer are yours.
  • Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not paid back, except where the law requires it.
  • A new price applies only to purchases made after it is published.

6. Delivery

Credentials appear in your dashboard as soon as you buy a plan from your confirmed crypto balance. Confirmation times per network are on the crypto payments page. An order that is paid but not delivered once the confirmations are complete is handled under the Refund Policy.

7. Traffic accounting and fair use

Prepaid residential and rotating-mobile traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them. Unused traffic is lost if you delete your account or if it is closed for a breach of these terms. If we stop selling a product, we give at least 30 days' notice to use the remaining traffic or move its value to another product. Usage counts all data sent and received through the proxy (upload and download, headers included). 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. Connection attempts that fail before reaching the target are not counted, and a plan stops serving requests once its gigabytes are used. To protect partner networks, targets and other customers, we may throttle patterns such as mass retries of failing requests.

8. Refunds and chargebacks

The Refund Policy decides every refund: Within 72 hours of purchase, a residential or rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB. A plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Top-ups are credited to your balance and are not paid back, except where the law requires it. Blockchain payments have no chargeback mechanism, so that policy is the only way to recover value.

9. Use of the service

These Terms include the Acceptable Use Policy. On every plan the gateway refuses Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587, and evading that block is forbidden. Requests sent by your clients, scripts or AI agents with your credentials count as yours.

10. Suspension and closure

We can suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or when that is needed to protect a partner network, a target, other customers or third parties. Closure for abuse forfeits any remaining balance and traffic. You can stop using CrawlRelay whenever you like; leftover balance and traffic are returned only in the cases the Refund Policy covers.

11. Availability

We aim for a reliable service but make no promise of continuous availability or of any uptime percentage. Maintenance, changes at partner networks and events beyond our control can cause interruptions; the status page records incidents. Features, locations and plans may change over time, while traffic already bought remains yours to use.

12. No warranties

We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No website is obliged to accept our exits or to return any particular content, and geolocation databases may disagree about where an IP is. How you collect data, what you collect and what you do with it, including compliance with law and site rules, is up to you.

13. Liability cap

Where the law permits, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage, including lost profit and lost data, and our total liability for a claim cannot exceed what you paid for the order behind it. Liability that the law does not allow us to limit stays unlimited.

14. Claims caused by your use

If a third party claims against us because you used CrawlRelay against these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, you will reimburse our reasonable resulting costs and losses.

15. Updates, governing law, contacts

We may revise these Terms; the date shown at the top is the version in force, and revisions apply to purchases and use from that date. The law of the State of Delaware (USA) governs these Terms.
